Buddy System
Each member home is allocated to one of our Directors who then become their buddy.
A Buddy is there to answer any questions that the home is concerned about, to assist in any problems that the homes may be experiencing or generally be there for you. It gives Member Homes the knowledge that they are not alone in the problems they face.
All information that a Buddy receives is treated in the strictest confidence.
Your Buddy will have access to many sources of information and people who could provide the answers or assistance you need, and they will use all the resources available to SECHA to help you.
The Buddy system has proved very successful for our Members.
