Mission Statement
Since our founding over 30 years ago, SECHA has become a well known and respected organisation, supporting care homes and care providers all across South Essex.
Our mission at South Essex Care and Health Association is to support all care homes and care providers in the South Essex area.
We aim to provide all care homes and providers with the knowledge and support needed for them to be able to run their homes effectively, with best practice and for carers to provide the best care to their service users.
We are committed to providing affordable face to face training and e-learning training for all care providers and carers, sharing important and relevant information amongst care homes and care providers in order for them to be able to be fully equipped with essential knowledge.
We work towards keeping training affordable and accessible to all, providing special discounts with some suppliers due to them reaching a larger market through the association.
We strive to support Managers in their roles by implementing a buddy system and providing up to date information.
At SECHA, we work towards a good relationship between care and health and continually invest in up to date training packages for our members.
