PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. To provide a variety of nutritious, tasty, and attractive meals.

2. Consult and report in the daily menu file and Safer food better Business book. 

3. Have regard for weather i.e. cold meals are not advisable in cold weather.

4. Consider residents likes and dislikes, portion size, religious preference of foods and any medical requirements.

5. Be hygienic in all aspects of work, including food preparation, storage, cleaning of ovens, sinks etc.

6. Report when replenishment of stocks required.

7. Attend staff meetings and training.
