Senior health Care Worker required for small care home Westcliff based
Must have previous experience.
duties to include
- Administration of Medication ,ordering medication and carrying out medication reviews.
- Monitor general health and vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure
- Communicate with multi-disciplinery teams
- Communicate with families about their relative’s progress
- Deliver activities to stimulate and engage residents
- Fill in medication reports
- Assist residents in dressing, washing and using the bathroom
- Serve meals and assist with feeding when required
- Completing Care notes.
Please note. must live within travelling distance of Westcliff.
